Default Want to do a 8.1 project. Need some advice/help.

First off, I have been searching all over this forum, and any other forum I could for quite a while now to get as much info I can before I posted hear, but theirs still some help I need. I want to do an 8.1L build in a Chevy 2500hd. The truck probably wont see any track time. It will be a daily driver and towing truck. It will haul everything from 5K to 18K and I want it to have LOTS of low end torque. I do realize that a diesel would be a good choice but I dont want to build a diesel, I want an 8.1. Im planning on building a 12 valve cummins after this truck later on down the road. So this is what im thinking, tell me what you think.

1. Sequential front mount turbo's (1 smaller turbo for low RPM and a larger turbo for mid to higher RPM's). Not sure exactly wich ones would be best.
2. ZF-6 Tranny
3. Clutch - Dont know much yet about them.
4. Cam - I have read a little bit about he Comp Cam XR258HR and am thinking about it because it makes the most power in the 1000-3000 RPM. I have also heard from my brother in law that putting a cam from a 8.1L boat wouldnt be a bad idea either.
5. Heads - Im thinking about Raylar heads, but im still reasearching about different ideas.
6. probably get an aftermarket hood with a scoop.

Ill be running 4:10 gears with just enough of a lift to fit 35's. After the build is all complete, ill have the truck professionally tuned by a guy in southern Idaho my brother in law says is SUPER good and know his STUFF! Ill be running a manual tranny because I like them more, and I like having controle over what gear I am in, especially when towing. I am thinking sequential turbo's would be ideal because Ill have the smaller turbo for low - mid RPM's, and a larger turbo for mid-higher RPM's. I was thinking about getting a Whipple supercharger, then I was thinking about adding a turbo to the whipple and having the whipple feed the turbo, but then i started thinking how awesome it would be to have sequential turbo's. Im a turbo fan, so atleast for right now im sticking with sequential's or some kind of twin turbo setup. I know their is stuff im missing and not mentioning. I know that this is going to cost $$$$ and im ok with that. I would rather over build it for reliabilitey, but i dont want to be buying stuff i dont need. I have always wanted to build MY truck and the truck that I want, and this is the start of it. Ill be doing alot of the work and fabrication. Im not in any hurry to get it done right away. I almost forgot. Im pretty set on the idea of front mount turbo's because I spend alot of time up hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, ect... and the idea of having turbo's on the bottom while driving in the mountains with dirt roads with pot holes, and mud/snow seems like a bad idea. Also lowering a fishing boat into the water seems like a bad idea with turbo's on the bottom sucking up water. Let me know what you think. let me know what im missing. Im wanting as much help and suggestions as I can get. Thanks.
