Walbro 255 fuel pump (help)

are the walbro 255 fuel pumps universal or do i need one only for our trucks?
reason i ask is because a guy has one for sale local.

"I have a walbro 255 lph fuel pump, still in packaging, never opened. asking 100$ firm."

you can get them around the same price brand new as a kit. I got mine from racetronixs.com. Its been a good one so far im satisfied with the swap.

All the kits you buy need modded anyway so buy one at the best price you can find.

I bought one from Texas speed and still needed to mod the hose, re wire the plug and mod the bucket.
