What are your ideas on these to cams for a DD 5.3. Parts list in sig.

Lunati 60510 212/218 531/531 113 I like it but,I would want a little more later most likely. overlap -11
Lunati 60513 217/223 549/549 113 I don't want to rev the engine pass 6k. overlap is -6, 2* less then a TR220 witch is -4
The cam in the truck now has a overlap of -26 either one woud be a updrade.

 

I voted for the 212/218 for a daily driven 5.3...the Comp 212/218's are proven performers, although I'm not sure how similar the lobes are. I'd match a 3k converter to that cam IMO.

 

Well I made a choice and bought the 60510 and LS6 springs. I will post before and after Hp's after the install.

 

Cool, looking forward to the results, not too many guys running Lunati cams...I like their marketing scheme with the camshaft skull and crossbones

 

I got a good deal on the 10 cam, but haven't looked into getting it installed.
