Default vhp tuner

dont flame me too bad, but does a hand held tuner like crane/vhp or predator lock out the pcm, for example, if i was to tune my truck with a vhp tuner, then goto read and edit my pcm with hptuner, would i work ok, or does it lock it out or something?

Yes you should be able to read it with HP Tuners afterwards. I was able to with my HyperTech, then I could see exactly what they were changing. Pretty cool for learning purposes.
