Default vette rear 02"s

It's common for heater codes on the front o2's with long tubes. Due to being further downstream and lesser heat retention of the headers. The applications for rear vette 02's have a larger/higher amp heater in them that seems to work in such cases.

anybody using these...if so do you know which year model vette rear 02's are suppose to work on our headers...or a part number would be better ...thanks...

I started having trouble with my O2's when I had just 3k miles on the truck. It happend at the time I put the long tubes on it and the blower. I foulded out 3 stock O2's in the bank2 sensor1 location. No matter how much I moved them around it was always the b2 s1 that gave me fits of being slow to warm, start switching, and stop working completely. Now that I have my turbo I have b1 sensor located right off the exhaust manifold and b2 in the downpipe. Guess what....b2 is slow to warm and start switching. I have never tried the vette O2's, though seriously considered it, but I don't want to risk wasting the money. I'm going full speed density 3 bar and telling those O2's to kiss my a$$!

My pacesetters were coated. I never had a bit of trouble out of b1 s1 though. I checked my voltage on the heater wire on b2 and it is identical to the b1. As I said, i'm done with f-in with 'em. I know some of you don't have that liberty with emissions testing though.

It would work fine. It is like a finely tuned carburated engine but better. From what people say you need to tweak the tune from summer to winter in order for it to be perfect but that is no different than a carburator. Once you get it done right the first time then just load in the program for the season as needed.

Put Bosch 13111's on. They are 2002 Vette rear 02's. Most likely your problem will be fixed.
