valve spring help

Anyone know if AutoZone or oreillys sells the adapters for air compressor hoses that allow me to thread into spark plug holes? Its my only missing piece for my cam swap..

i know they sale compression testers that come with several but im not sure if they sell the fittings individually. i couldnt tell you, i got my compression tester set from snap-on

I just bought a compression tester from autozone with an air hose fitting on it, and used it that way.
