Default v6 manual to 6.0

hi guys,
looking at a good deal on an 01 rcsb with a v6 manual. is this manual trans an nv3500? is it strong enough for a 6.0 swap or would i need a t-56? are the bellhousings the same?

I'd get a T56. The nv3500 is not really a performance transmission, also its barely rated for a 4.8L.

i think the 6.0 come with the nv4500. So maybe an easier swap?

The NV3500 is barely rated for the 4.3, lol.
