v6 to a 6.0 in 2008 gmc serria?

is there any difference between the nnbs and nbs. i seached and couldnt find it for an 08. just wondering if there is a difference.

your refering to if your gonna put a 6.0 from a nbs into your 08' that has a 4.3 correct?
