Default upgrading injectors

If I swap out my stock 99 injectors for some newer injectors(01-02) would I get more power/better fuel economy because I heard that the 99 injectors are the smallest an less efficient. Any info will help. Thanks

I did the same swap right after I did my cam, only thing that you have to do is get the PCM retuned to change the flow rate for the larger injectors. As far as power and economy goes, I would think so...I can't tell myself because I've had my foot in it ever since the cam swap...definitely more power, but my economy has gone to ****. WOT will do that
