Default Upgrades for fuel system for GMFS

Ok, I am trying to gather all the information for "plug and play" upgrade modifications to the existing fuel system.

To my understanding the largest injectors without modding that can be ran on our trucks are the 8.1s or 42lbers. Is this correct? How about the fuel pump, what can be a direct replacement and how many lph are they? And for the inlines... what are you all running? how do they perform with a more than "mildly" modded truck?

Please post any helpful information and if y'all are interested maybe when can make a list of parts and part #s for future references. At this point I'm trying to hold of the soldering and splicing of pigtails and such for SVOs or F-body injectors.
