Default Two simple questions about headers!

1) Would they void the warranty on my 08 silverado?
2) How much would they cost to get installed (estimate)?

Ok I lied one more

3) What kinda of gains can you expect? And what are the best headers for sound (loud=good)?

Just out of curiosity... all those mods and a 6.0 and your only running a 14.5? I was hoping to get my truck tuned/CAI/headers and be running around there...

1) If you're worried about warranty you prolly shouldn't be in the modding game

2) Do it yourself. Don't be lazy

3) Get whatever you want. Most people around here prefer pacesetter. Your muffs will determine the sound

Would I need to weld? Our would I just make a few cuts and clamp on the headers?

no welding if you plan on doing further mods just use the clamps that come with the headers and y pipe cause i've done had to undo mine 10 or 15 times to change the transmission.

would you rather go with stainless or the coated pace setters?
I used to own the pace setters on my old truck. Just curious about this 08 of mine and going with obx because of the stainless and the included "cats"
