Default Turn downs and noise

Ok i just finished my true dual setup and it is really loud. almost to loud for my taste. my question is i have dual 3 chamber flows with no cats but there is no piping at all after the mufflers..not even a turn down. my question is would putting turn downs on the mufflers mellow the tone and resoginance at all, and how much quiter would it be. also would a crossover pipe like a h pipe or x pipe quite the exhaust down also?? i don't really want to put resognators on or put the cats back on to quite it down.

try an x-pipe, and it might be a good idea to have dumps because you dont want all the crap from the muffler spraying all over the chassis.

but it will echo and be loud still.

may wanna try borlas, or somthing tamer.
