Default Trying to decide on lowering springs...

Posted earlier on Eibach kit, some said they would sag, others say Hotchkis are stiff- rough ride
Ground Force has a 2" front spring/rear shackle kit which is all the drop I want.
Anyone have any feedback on this stuff.
It's for my 2004 Silverado I've just ordered.

I have some Hotchkis and the ride is kinka stiff up front. Maybe I just need some aftermarket shocks.

Just got mine done
Drove it Tues night
It is a little bumpy - but not ridiculous
About what I was expecting
The rear is a little worse than the front
On highway - floats - nice ride
I may try IAS on the rear - see if it make a diff.
Real happy how it sits.

that's with the full meal deal... front coil and rear leafs or hangers/shackles in the rear.

Yes I went with the 2/4 using leafs
About any 2" coil up front is going to be a little stiffer.
because of the higher spring rate to trade off for the drop
I have used Belltech, Summit, coils before with other trucks
All worked about the same.
I am of the opinion - as long as you are using a quality company
with a history of good c/s and quality products ( unlike the folks in my sig)
Prob good to go.

i've heard that the ground force kit for the extended cab trucks is a very nice ride. i worked with a guy that had an ext. cab white truck that looked just like mine but his had the 2/4 and looked sweet.
