I went to a local store and just ordered a diesel muffler. I think it's a 7" diameter oval, and 14" long. I'm about to do my 4" exhaust also, but I'm dumping my WasteGate into it's own 3" through my current magnaflow, which is just like the one you have? Is it raspy for you also if you just rev it? I think the diesel mufflers are relatively quiet, and still flow good is the reason I went with that. Hopefully it's quieter than the magnaflow.

mine is really quiet.. even revving it you will hear the BOV pop off or a lil compressor surge thats it. not raspy at all.

You won't want anything to have to do with my 4" diesel setup ill have my 3" DP, 3" cutout, into 4" exiting like the stock duramaxes do for now. if I didn't have meathooks for hands I could probably put my hand and forearm thru this muffler. Its BIG... But I doubt it'll be quiet like you're wanting.
