I think I have decided on what I want to do.
I'm going to put a lot of flanges in so it can be easily re-moved. like at the longtubes and then right before the x-pipe and then right after the mufflers.
I'm going to use my ORY pipe and cut it at the "Y" section and then use 2 reducers to reduce it to 2.5 for each pipe and then I'm going to put in a x-pipe and 2 resonators on each pipe and then into 2 speedrex mufflers 2.5in/out. then I'm going to use the tailpipes I already have on my truck so that they turn down right at the edge of the bumper like the old muscle cars did.
That sound like a good plan?
Who makes a good but relatively small resonator?? flowmaster, or the dynomax bullets??
Thanks and Merry christmas

Sounds like a good plan, that is similar to what we did with Eric's exhaust. Next weekend we are going to run pipes all the way out to the bumper.
I put flanges all over mine and Erics so it can come out easier too. The easiest way I found to flange exhaust is assemble the two flanges with 1 thick washer inbetween them. Then slide the assembly onto the pipe so you can position it where you want it. Tack everything up all the pipes, tacking the flanges last, then remove the bolts and washer. Then take a saw and cut inbetween the flanges. The take everything down and weld it all up. Word of advice about flanges is to weld them inside and out. The grind down in inside part.

Where could I find some flanges?? or where did you get yours??
I'm gonna need:
two 3" flanges for both headers
two 2.5" 's for in front of the xpipe
and two 2.5"''s for behind the muffler
