I have a Corsa catback on my 4.8,this past week The muffler has started rattleing. Has anyone else had this problem?

Im going to call corsa tomoroow to try the get a new muffler

 

YES! Seems they all eventually do it. Mine did, I know of several Fbods that rattle. Haven't called Corsa yet, but definitely will. I've heard it may be a tack weld or something broke off in the muffler and sounds just like a rock rattling around in there.

 

Yes, the one on my Av did that last year. I called Corsa, they said I may have got an earlier production unit. They sent me a bran' new one,, provided I pack up the old one and send it back in the same packing. No cost to me.

 

How do you all like the Corsa Catbacks? I'm thinking about geeting one with the AS&Ms. I think the rear dual exit 3.5's will dress up the rear end nicely.

On the subject of AS&M's, do you think it's possible to throw in some electric cutouts before the cats? Sweet revenge to those Harleys that always pull up next to me

 

I dig the one I have on my burb, the right amount of sound w/o droning you to sleep on the highway.

 

I have the dual 4.0's on my extended cab and the sound excellent.No drone or brappp sound like cheap catback do.Fit is perfect right out the box with no modifications needed!
