truck wont start ... still

i have an 86 chevy i dont have any security lights ...... tried it anyways to leave the key on for 15 ... no good im getting a friend to come over sunday with hpt ... i bought 2credits from him ...... we will see what we come up with

any hints on removing vats, is it just a on off setting?


thanks though .... engine swaps are fun until this stuff happens....
