Does it do it on startup as well? Or just after you have driven somewhere?

I have a 224r, lq9 motor. And it only does it after I drive for a little while.

After my cam, it fired up. But when I put in gear, it stalled. Did a tune, & it went away. But every now & then, it'll act like it may stall, but it recovers. In winter, w/. efans, heat & defroster on it did it some, but it's OK. And certainly not like yours, it may drop 1-200 rpms at most, but not down to 200 rpm. Address the tune. I know alot needs tweakin on idle tables after cam.

Well my cam has been in my truck for over a year and my tuner is pretty good. I don't think ur idler tables and stuff like that change over time in ur tune. Now I could be wrong but idk seems like more then jus a tuning problem. But keep the help coming guys. I will be working on my truck prol Monday due to work
