truck slower after cam swap help????

2007 nnbs sierra cc 5.3 slower after cam swap.
Mods
DOD delete
pac 1218 springs
ls7 lifters
btr stage 3 truck cam(thinking about swapping out for something else)
stock pushrods
1 7/8 lt headers with ory pipe
3.42 gears (for now) going 4.11 or 4.30
shift kit,and corvette servo
34-3600 stall
tuned by pcm of nc.

missing some details,times/MPH before and after and track conditions,was just a cam change done or the list of mods done? If you are posting looking for answers these guys can help by giving as much detail as possible.

I'm with FFDP.
Without seeing logs and/or the tune, my money is on the tune.
The BTR truck cams are about as good as one can buy and people use them, alot.
With the rear-end gears you're using and that cam, it's going to feel a little bleh off idle.

It's gotta be a tune then. No reason why that cam shouldn't gain over any part of the toque curve at any point. Those gears will make it kinda suck *** at bottom end or off the line, recommend nothing lower than 3.73s.
