Default truck misfire

My truck is missing really bad at all rpms i have tried replacing plugs, wires, fuel and air filters. only code im getting is a random multi cyl missfire. i have checked the fuel pressure at idle im getting 48 which ive read is low so tomorrow im going to get a used pump to see if it helps or not but any other suggestions would be great

whether it is relevant or not im unsure. 2 months ago i lost 3rd and 4th in my transmission and i pulled it apart and replaced the 3-4 clutches with 9pack i got from Oregon Trans. Since then ive had 3rd but no 4th i went back through the valve body to make sure i put everything back in right and all is good.

Did you check to see if it's coding?

A code P0300 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Faulty spark plugs or wires
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages
Faulty camshaft position sensor
Defective computer

i would start off by checking all ur connections, wires ect, if that dont do i would unplug the map, spray elc cleaner on it and clean the connection, if that dont work shoot me a message ill see what else i can come up with gl dude

unsure of any special way of testing injectors or coils...so i unplugged 1 by 1 and could notice it running worse. the maf i had cleaned about 1mo ago when this started. spark plugs are brand new ngk tr55 that i put in when this started. oxygen are about 1-1.5years old thing i still have my old ones laying around to see if it helps.. i checked my fuel pressure again key on i see 50 and it drops to 48 within 30second or so when idle it is 48 when i rev motor i see 58 im thinking it could be the cats wish i could see em without cuting em open to know for sure.. i cant just buy parts to see if it works unfortunately work is very slow=no money

EDIT: just to better clarify it is missing at idle...truck is shaking and at 3000+rpm or so the CEL starts flashing.. and with the injectors im unsure how exactly it should react to 1 being unplugged as it is already running bad but thanks for posting darnie..i will eventually get around to getting parts to see what fixes it

What is all that Red wiring for? Do you have a digital thermometer gun? You need to determine what cylinder is missing. Then you can proceed. Possible coil, injector, valves.

not sure how accurate the temp gun is Raytek MT6..i tried to hold it about 1in away from from exhaust manifold and pointed at about 1/8 from the flange as the heat shield is still on them...
at 1in away ...... ... at 4in away
1 - 200F 2 - 380F ... 1 - 239F 2 - 230F
3 - 368F 4 - 218F ... 3 - 280F 4 - 235F
5 - 218F 6 - 215F ... 5 - 240F 6 - 245F
7 - 210F 8 - 220F ... 7 - 245F 8 - 235F

i dunno go out and check em again and get 220ish on all but #3 which reads 340ish each time i check em i get different. used timing light to check if all are getting spark and yes they are. if i can get a compression check kit im going to check that in the next few days

EDIT: checked compression im getting 160 on 6of them and 155 on 2of them. pulled the map cleaned it put it back no change. when i did the compression test all the spark plugs looked normal
