Truck idles like crap/dies when fuel level is less than 1/4 tank, fuel pump?

and the filler neck stuff..
I was told by aklowriderz71 that its also possible to lift the drivers side up and prop it up with something and theres enough room under there to work and pull out the assembly fwiw.. Ive never tried it personally, but i think we would need to have the wheels off either way being lowered..
