Default truck is down! AGAIN

well took the dog to the vet. for his 8 week shots and on the way home the speedo and trans started acting funny, when i took off from the light i see white smoke behind me, i was like wtf, so i pulled over at a school and notice trans fluid from the tail end of trans so i figured easy fix rear seal is out stop at auto store buy one, put it in and then i notice the output shaft is loose but i just figured it was normal with the trans brand new and all ahha yeah right, so i take it for a test drive about a mile down the road truck is fine, untill i turned around to go home and the problems started again, get home and look up under the truck to notice trans fluid every where again jack up the truck grab the drive shaft and i can move it one inch in any direction output shaft bushing is out sorry for the long post just ranting away.
