Transmission troubles

I need help from the experts!!! This is the best Chevy information exchange site I have seen. Regular people with great ideas going back and forth. The truck I have is an 02 4WD Z71 with a 5.3l,3.73 gears, auto trans. I posted a topic earlier 2 day, as follows....
I bought a Hypertech power programmer, adjusted top speed, max rpm to 6200, shift points to 5mph1-2, 7mph 2-3, 10mph 3-4, opted for more firm shifts, 5.3liter, 3.73 gears, automatic trans, other than a slip in K+N the truck is stock. I was initially happy with what the HPP did for the truck.........then was showing off with a buddy, left the bastard in 3rd gear without realizing it and wound it out in third, 90 plus mph. After the short ride the trans now makes a slight gear whine or maybe and ailing pump type of sound. No one else seems to notice it but they don't drive the truck daily like me. Could I have hurt this thing with one truly aggressive run with those settings? The setting were in the truck for 3 days and I hardly drove it during that time. I will put the programming back to stock and have the dealer look at it when I take it in for recall work.It is luckily still under warranty. Has anyone else had this kind of thing happen, I'm sure you have. Please give me advice if you can. Thanks.
Any ideas guys? Thankyou.

I am keeping my fingers crossed, if that really helps.
The trans seems to be ok other than the slight whine.
stock programming is back in and still makes the sound. It not not gear particular, Can hear it from 1st to second then road and engine noise kind of drownd it out.
Thanks for the good wishes.
