All the washers should have been installed on the servo's, nothing should have been left out. Also did you put the pin piece on the pin before you installed it. That pin piece is for higher mileage trans's with worn out bands. If the landing for the ring is busted then I say your f'd, unfortunately. Also, no washers should have been installed on the 2nd accumulator. That is of course my oppinion. Anymore than 0 is way too harsh, maybe one if you have a higher than stock stall converter. I can also see if the ring wasn't seated properly it snapping off but I don't see that it would break the landing. Anyway good luck.
