Default Trans, Tune, and shifts

I posted this in the drivetrain forum and got limited response, so Ill try it here.

I had my TUNED pcm for about 100 miles before I had to send it back to get an error code fixed. Now that its there, I am thinking about changing things alittle.

I had the TM removed. I liked the WOT shifts, but at low throttle the trans shifted hard, too hard for my taste. I was thinking about the transgo, but I dont know if that is the correct answer. I like the hard shift at high rpm, just not sure about the low rpm hard shift. If I cant have both Ill stick with the hard shifts.

I am not very educated on this truck performance thing. I have only learned from this site in the past couple months.

Any help would be appreciated. I just need to know what you guys think I should be telling the programmer to get it more to my liking.

Thanks.

dont quote me on this. but if you have tow/haul mode you can throw some TM in regular mode and have it all removed in t/h

that way when you want to bang the gears you hit a button and when you're drivin' the old lady around, you can smooth it out
