Default Trading in my 4.3 for a 5.3

Ok just making sure that I am coming out on top I wanna ask YOU GUYS out there and let me know what you think. I have a 2004 Chevy silverado SWB with the 4.3 motor in it. I am going to trade a guy for his 05 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab, with a 5.3 in it. He put in a new motor and it has 1,000 miles on it. The kicker here is the body has 180,000 on it. Do you think this is a good trade or no?

I would say if the body and undercarriage look good no cancer starting etc..., then go for it. But just keep in mind, the drivetrain and suspension have 180,000 miles on it too. So don't be too surprised if you have to put a transmission in it at some point in the near future.
