Default which timing chain to get???

well my cam should be going in soon and it is suggested that i upgrade the timing chain, just wondering if i should get the ls2 timing chain or the rollmaster double-roller adjustable timing set from TSP. and if i get the LS2 timing chain from them do i get the LS2 timing chain and timing set or does the ls2 timing set have everything included? cuz i see they are selling the chain seperately so i dont know if it comes with the timing set or not, thx fellas

i would get the ls2 over the double roller unless you really want the double roller the ls2 is cheaper and i dont think you need the double roller

To be able ot get the double roller on you have to space the oil pump and clearance the timing chain cover. Its a PITA. You just need the chain the chain will work fine on your stock gears.

Yup, thats what I did. LS2 chain on stock gears. Oil pump was a pain in the *** for me though.

Dude you got like 3 miles on the truck. Leave the chain alone till you put some miles on it. Your chain is good and tight right now and you aint gonna be putting out 500 hp so just keep the money for another mod...

I agree with AP and Beau... IF you do want to change it, get the stock LS2 chain and call it a day...
