That's sweet, Tex... You did a great job.
I left the tongues material in place at the blade, I just worked that protruding ridge down and smoothed it into the rest of the inlet.
I'm not sure what the edit tables you had to modify are called, but in HPT it sounds like you needed to hit the "IAC Park Position vs IAT" (park position for the TB blade when the key is turned on, with the motor off -- it "sets" the blade for startup), and the "Idle Airflow vs ECT" table.
I had you in mind when I was working on this stuff, which is why I tried to stay away from the sealing area of the blade/bore. It seems to have worked well so far...
