Throttle body question

Throttle body question
I picked up a nnbs intake for my 02 silverado with a 6.0. I was looking on eBay at some throttle bodies and seen the 92mmk cheapy one . I was wondering if anybody had used them and if I'll have to modify the intake throttle opening.
