IMO, unless you're really moving some air with a cam/heads/intake you don't need a p&p tb. You just can't really port the stock tb that much. Just save your pennies for a 90mm conversion.

yeah, this is total BS from their ebay listing:

What can I expect and How Much?

· Crisper throttle response, better low end, and higher rev potential

· Will handle 400+ cu-in motors up to 7000rpm+ at 550hp

· 10-15hp on a stock motor – much greater throttle response and torque

· 50-100hp w/ cam and mild head work - i.e. valves & hand port (over stock throttle body)

· 100hp+ on hot 400ci and larger motors

Easy to install in about 1/2 hour with no other modifications or engine upgrades required - including the intake.




****, if I could get 10-15 hp for 200 bux I woulda done it a LONG time ago.
