Default Throttle body

ok everyone ive been hearing about ppl porting there throttle body but from what i know about porting itd be kinda dumb on a throttle body. anyways, i was just wondering whats involved in it and how much does it help?

what i noticed with mine was just a better throttle response

how do you do it? and how hard is it? one of my friends said that you cant port a throttle body but it seems to be a general concensus on here to have one...
