Yea... don't waste time or money on heads just yet. If you're itching for a change, change cams. I would imagine yours is somewhat lackluster through the mid range but it pulls super high...

It's definitely not bad through the midrange but on top it keeps pulling hard.

Hey Jessie I really wish you would get blown again just keep it moderate this time lol. I realize my truck is mild but I've not had a minutes trouble with it knock on wood. You've already got a great setup for it. Best of luck in your decision sir!
