Default Are these dyno numbers low?

2010 GMC Sierra CC 5.3L, 3.08 gears. 6l80 trans. Perf. Mods. Intake, headers, Exhaust, Underdrive crank. 91 Octane tune. Asking if these numbers are low comparing it to others for a dyno.

286whp out of a mostly stock engine with no internal mods? Thats great lol. My bone stock 02 5.3 put down 204, for reference

I think he dynoed in 3rd gear by the looks of it. So 293 was the power to the wheels on a mustang dyno.

Dyno gear seems to have very little impact. My C5 dyno'd within ~5hp per gear, 2-3-4. Internet was all "yOu HaVe To DyNo iN 4fffffffffffffff" and my tuner was all "hey watch this"

So, from what my eyes have told me? Dyno gear matters very little

Take dyno numbers with a grain of salt. They are a tuning aid.
I get so many guys that swear their car dynoed 40hp more than so and so.
Its hard to explain that its just a number and a tuning aid.

Where are you seeing 293? I am seeing 286 in your pic

Either way, I have a 212/218 cam, supporting mods, intake and 4.10s and my 5.3 peaked at 302whp. So without a cam, you are already making essentially the same power I am. I still don't think you dyno'd low

Look at the bottom left. It says Peak. The 286 was previous peak before the tune. So after the tune was 293.18 HP and 305 torque.

Doesn't look bad for a dyno pull. If you want to know how much power is actually making it to the pavement, you have to make some quarter mile passes.

My 2009 5.3 puts down 307 horses to the rear wheels in the quarter mile with a BlackBear tune and Magnaflow cats/y-pipe.

Good numbers for a basically stock 5.3L.
