Default are there any differences in 2wd and 4wd stock y pipes?

Just wanna know if a stock y from a 2wd will fit on a 4wd? Btw I haven't had my front driveshaft on the truck in years so if that is a potential reason why it wouldn't fit I'm not worried about that. Any other reasons why it wont work? Thanks

i know that a 1999-2002 2wd Ypipe wont fit a 05 4wd.
the collector at the Y hits the crossmember.. found that out the hard way.

When I put my blue 01 4wd back to stock the Y pipe I used was from an 05 2wd and it fit fine. I think...that was 2.5 years ago and I have drank away half my brain cells since then so take that for what it's worth
