Tested the U.P.D. kit tonight.

I went to the track last Friday night, last time for "bone stock". I ran the following times.
2.403 10.270@70.43MPH 15.776@88.92MPH
2.304 10.205@69.72MPH 15.759@88.20MPH
Another run, can't find the ticket
2.368 10.429@67.47MPH 16.170@85.34MPH
Last run I was filming a buddy of mine
Since, I have descreened the MAF and installed my U.P.D. intake kit. Tonight the track was crappy, at best. Weather was close to the same as last week, a little cooler.
2.859 10.737@71.87MPH 16.159@89.55MPH
2.684 10.551@71.13MPH 16.001@89.79MPH
2.605 10.380@71.31MPH 15.889@88.09MPH
2.655 10.448@71.88MPH 15.854@89.98MPH
2.579 10.339@72.01MPH 15.731@90.36MPH
2.355 10.092@71.66MPH 15.529@89.26MPH
The truck feels alot stronger up top, I don't know if this is in my head or real. My 60' was .05 slower than last week's best, but I gained .1 in the 1/8 and .2 in the 1/4. The MPH was also a little over 1MPH better average. I think I can gain another .15 - .2 in the 1/4. I'm pretty darned excited with this out of a 5,000lb.+ truck. I am going to get an exact weight next week, the scale at the track stopped at 5K. I am definately happy with the U.P.D. kit. Nice quality and performance gain.

Nice runs Chris! 15.52 is flat out flying for a 2500 6 litre. That 90.36 MPH is also huge. I bet your sixty was a little slower do to more more n low end power and more tire spin.. It only takes a fraction more tire spin to lose .05..I mean a fraction.. Try letting the rear air pressure down to 28-30 PSI (if you haven`t already) and see if that helps. It made a big difference for me. The UPD helped me on 60 ft and up top.I gained a solid .2 to .22 tenths myself..
I sure would like to see a 6.0 litre running 14s N/A..I think you can do it with a few more bolt ons..I have tried but my truck is to heavy, unless I go into the motor..May do that soon though
