Temp setting for Elec. Fans?

Default Temp setting for Elec. Fans?
I am getting a set of LT1 fans and I have an adjustable thermostat for them. I have a 160* T-Stat with Programmer. What should I set the Fans at?. The trucks runs about 180* all the time. Thanks

I'd say somewhere in the high 180's. I have a stock thermo so mine come on at like 193* according to AutoTap.
