Default tb bypass complete but idling high

Just finished my tb bypass, mated the hoses, capped the inlet ports on the tb, fired it up and now it is idling at 1000 RPM.

Any ideas?

not from the bypass..... You may have a leak at the TB gasket... I just re did the top end on a rendevous with the 3.4 (THAT IS THE WORST VEHICLE SPACE WISE I HAVE EVER WORKED ON) and did the same thing when I fired it up. It was leaking on the bottom.. I just made one out of a usps priority box

It's at operating temp and I didn't remove the throttle body. I had a hell of a time accessing those clips that hold the hoses on the tb but didn't actually remove the entire assembly.

That's why I am confused..

doh! I was hoping that nobody would asked. My dumbass unseated a connector during the mod and because it wasn't all the way out, I missed it.

I went out there and started making sure that all the wiring was seated and stumbled upon it.
