not from the bypass..... You may have a leak at the TB gasket... I just re did the top end on a rendevous with the 3.4 (THAT IS THE WORST VEHICLE SPACE WISE I HAVE EVER WORKED ON
) and did the same thing when I fired it up. It was leaking on the bottom.. I just made one out of a usps priority box

It's at operating temp and I didn't remove the throttle body. I had a hell of a time accessing those clips that hold the hoses on the tb but didn't actually remove the entire assembly.
That's why I am confused..
