I will try that. I am about to check my torque converter bolts again also but that might be just a shot in the dark.

 

Make sure the flexplate itself isn't broken I broke 2 made some weird noises first one was sheared completely and would turn with the starter second one spun and welded half cocked

 

Omg *face palms* everything checked out but u wouldn't believe what it ended up being. #8 plug loose #God is good

Thanks guys i am glad u guys had me checking all the options and looking it over real good are i would have never seen the plug shaken while truck was running.
