Tahoe Odometer help

Tahoe Odometer help
I just picked up an 03 tahoe 5.3 but the truck is from canada, manufactured in Texas. The odometer reads kilometers, I want to know if there is a way to switch the settings to display miles, the truck does not have the Driver Information Center option. Thanks for any help.
