Cole Hersee makes modular switch mounts exactly like that unit in the picture. Basically you have your rocker switches and seperate mounting brackets, the brackets can be attached in any configuration for any type of switch, Round hole (toggle, pushbutton, rocker, etc), Rectangular hole, etc. then they come with two end pieces to finish off the bracket to your liking. Throw in your switches and your good to go. I dont believe they have any info on the brackets on their website www.colehersee.com but they do have all the switches listed. I've been dealing with this manufacturer for years (in the OEM market) and the products are quality, we use a ton of them on switch panels we build for a very large U.S. Firetruck manufacturer.
