summit tech tells me LTs are no better than shorties 4 trucks

The reason for that is they probably don't sell long tubes, the long tubes I know of are
made by smaller manufactures who probably couldn't supply parts in the volume Summit would need to market them.
Could be wrong but that's what I'd say, either that or he really doesn't know the difference.

They may be right...

**** i think i do remember loosing power everywhere when i went to long tubes. and it made it sound like i had 4 cylinders...

well see. i got them from summit. my thorleys.

they told me. since i had already messed up and got long tubes. might as well only install them on the passengers side. that way when the air met in the tail of the y pipe, the flows would equal out and make back all of the lost torque.

So thats the HP secret. An E-brock shorty on the left bank..... And a Thorley on the right. Dam, I gotta try that.

Summit news informed me STS is shutting down because of the overwhelming sales made off of the turbonator.
