Default ? for STS users

Gentlemen.. will this kit fit or be adaptable on a truck with a 4-6 drop. I've e-mailed STS about 4 months ago and they said that to their knowledge, nobody has used it on something this low. They said the turbo placement should be all right but the tube crossing under the frame up front might not .I have not checked back with them as I'm not ready to order it yet. With more of you guy's turning to this power adder, I'm hoping some of you would know. The truck in question is an 03 SCSB.
Thanks in advance ..... Mike

I'll have my truck back again on Sunday and I'll take some measurments for you if you have not already figured it out. I think the turbo itself will be ok but that pipe up front may be a problem.

Let us know what you find in the mean time.

I'd imagine it should fit. I have a 2/4 drop and a STS kit on the way, so I should find out shortly.

I think the intake pipe at that point is 2.5 inches. It is pretty close to the frame rail on my SSS (bangs a bit when turning hard). I'll grab a from the rail to the bottom of the pipe measurement for you this weekend. (BTW, I have the same intake pipes as your trucks until the SSS piping is done, so the measurements should be the same.)

Thanks for all the reply's.Really curious as to what the measurements are. I'm already hitting the two support tubes from the crossmember to the frame every now and then so I might have to change the drop if that piping is anywhere near as low.
I also had an idea for a ram air set-up on the intake. By moving the cone filter up thru the bed and boxing it in with sheetmetal,I can graft some kind of scoop on the side of the bed and connect it with some ducting. I have'nt worked out all the details yet but it sounds good
Thanks for all the again

Welcome to the site. Awesome folks and information in here.
I like your idea of the remote scoop. I still wonder how that filter sitting underneath the vehicle is gonna be after the first big rain or puddle I hit.
BTW, I cannot log onto the STS website www.ststurbo.com all of a sudden. It shows done but no images. Anyone else had this happen? My Hemi just got rejected by Kenne Bell so the turbo it is...
