A little more information about "not really liking the fitment to much" would help.

The ones specified for the trucks are 12", but the ones for the cars are 8". Buy the shorter ones that are specified for the cars, much better fitment (for my truck, at least):

8" wires
MSD-32819 for red
MSD-32813 for black

12" wires
MSD-32829 for red
MSD-32823 for black

Determine what you have and what you need.

they dont fit, i have square truck coils. i moved the coil brackets down and re-drilled holes but im thinking that may give me clearance issues with brake booster ect

Stock plug wires are fine. With how short the wires are on these trucks, there's no benefit to aftermarket wires other than the color options.
