Default stock injecters?

What do the stock injecters flow at on 4.8 engines? When should i think about upgrading them in my list of mods?

I checked and my injectors in my 04 4.8 are the same ones they use in the 6.0, I do not know the lbs rating on them but unless you build a turbo 408, you shouldnt have to replace replace them i dont think...
