how do you get the second pump to turn on at 4psi? are you doing it through ls1 edit?

no, it is just a presure switch. there is a conector up near the fuse box under the hood that you can plug into to turn on the 2nd pump. on my truck it goes to a hops switch but you could turn it on anyway you want.

Ahhhh, I see. Similar to a boost a pump that increases voltage under boost. Under boost, this switch trips the second pump. Good idea.
