Default Stock Cam Info

I did a search in 'Internal Engine' and there seems to be a lot of confusion about stock specs between all the years and different cars/truck they were in. Any one have an accurate info or a web source where I can look this up. I want to know what cams came in what motors of all the new gen engines starting with the 97 vette.

Thanks Greg, exactly what I wanted. Even those numbers vary from the specs I found in my search. I also didn't realize that the 'cam change' in late 99 for the trucks was mearly a lsa difference.
