Great info....can't wait to see the 6.0L data numbers...are you going to do the LQ4 or LQ9 heads?

LQ4 and LQ9 heads are the same... casting #317

Yea, there used to be two different castings in 99-02 I do believe...I could have my years wrong though.

the 035 is a current aluminum casting as well as the 317

the rumor is the 035 is a little better casting than the 317, and is only and LQ9 head, but I honestly couldn't tell you for fact.

The 035 is a smooth wall casting. The port and chamber surfaces are visually smoother than the 317 heads. There may be some minor port core differences, but it would take digitizing the entire port to know for sure. If I can get hold of one of the 035 heads again I'll test it too.
One things for sure, I'm not bustin a nut lifting one of those early 6.0l cast iron heads onto the flow bench
