Stock 4.8-6.0 injector capacity?

Safely you start hitting problems after 300rwhp. At 320rwhp N/A you would require a 27lb injector to keep your duty cycle around 80%. If you were forced air inducted then a 33lb injector would be required. Just rule of thumb stuff here.
Lots of people run stock injectors after 300rwhp BUT they are also running horrible duty cycles and IMO taking that risk of blowing something up.

So I should be looking at injectors next? 6.0l with mild cam, P/P Heads, and the standard bolt ons. Hoping to Dnyo 330 RWHP or so. Oh, well, need to do it sooner or later
The 8.1l Marine Injectors won't be too much for a while?

Hitman,
I would say between a 30lb and 36lb injector N/A or 36-42lb injector for forced induction.
Keep in mind that most injectors are rated at 43.5-45psi. Our trucks should be running 52-58psi so a 30lb injector rated at 43psi would be more like a 36lb injector at 58psi.
At near 400rwhp you get stuck with a problem. Not many injectors available for us to choose from. You stop at about 29lbers then pick back up at 43lbs. The only way to get around this is to modify your rails and harness to be able to use SVO injectors which can be had in 24,30,36,42, etc. A good set of SVO 30s (36lb in LS1) would be perfect for 375-400rwhp.
OBX,
Ask BLK6.0HD what his truck was doing with a stock 6.0L with a big cam and bolt-ons. He was running seriously lean. By switching to the marine 43lb injectors and some tuning he is running MUCH better on the top end. He made 337rwhp on the dyno with the stock injectors and no real tuning and he was leaning out prety bad. Then after the tuning he checked his plugs and they looked horrible.

Damned I really don't feel like farting with the rails either. Here's basically what the tentative setup is for my Pops...
6.0 HO - heads milled .030, polished chambers, slightly opened ports, etc. ARP Head studs and rod bolts, new oil pump and timing chain
Cam - ~218/224 or 224/230 +4* ground lower lift to use 1.8:1 shaft rockers. Lift around .550/.570 using 918 springs
Intake - Truck intake, ported TB, FIPK.
Exhaust - LTs maybe Dynatech for Escalade/Denai/SS w/ 3" factory duals or TOG, Magnaflow DI/DO muf.
Trans - TT3000 and see how far a stock 4L60E will go.
Fuel - Walbro Inline 255lph, dunno what injectors. Maybe those 43lbs/hr from Racetronix???
I figure that should make ~350-400rwhp.
