I am looking for a stainless Y pipe with catalytic converters for my 2003 Avalanche 4wd, but i can't find them?
I want it to be a bolt on system, and it must be stainless steel.

I found one from Magnaflow, but that one is only for a 2wd Avalanche

I want to replace my old rusty one

 

There really is no difference, the y pipe on my 2wd Avalanche is offset just like a 4 wheel drive.

Yes, the picture you have looks exactly like my 2wd. The driver side cat/pipe sticks way out and points directly at the transcrossmember bolts.

 

So you think the 2wd version should fit my 4wd?

I thought maybe a 4wd needs a different shape Y pipe because of the 4wd transfer case / axle or something?

Magnaflow told me it won't fit 4wd.

yes but they all say 2wd only....

 

I got mine there and it's 4x4 worked for me that's all I can say !!!
