Mine have been on my truck for about 4 years, driven daily through New Jersey snow and salt winters, and they're not rusted at all...you have no idea what you're talking about.

lol. probably the most informative post for him I could make. If he was running the motor under salt water they would rust after some time so I guess hes right in a way.

id like to see how this comes out. i picked up a new set of stainless works for my truck for 425 shipped off of here. havent seen anyone run them on the gmt900 but hopefully they go in like yours did.

I didn't undo my steering shaft when I installed mine...I remember that there was so much room on the driver's side that I couldn't just "wedge" the header up there when going in from underneath, so I could run around to the top to put the bolts in. I tried to wedge it up there and it kept falling down lol...forget what I finally did, think I used a bungee or something...
